Welcome

The Osteria menu is always on the move. To the immovable dishes, such as soup tight and la
mammà parmigiana, accompanied by many seasonal dishes, depending on the availability of vegetable gardens and
suppliers. Many products come from the Slow Food Presidia supply chains, such as Cilento legumes and anchovies
of Menaica, the Fusillo of Felitto, the Violet Artichoke of Castellammare, the Cacioricotta of Capra, the
Mozzarella in Mortella and many, many others.

• anchovy pie with buffalo ricotta and lemon 11

• Freshly cooked shortcrust pastry tart with custard and hazelnuts or black cherries 5
